I’ve always wondered
how the fuck do the gerudo reproduce
a man is only born to the gerudo race once every hundred years. obviously not long enough to fraternize with enough women to really sustain life until the next man is born. besides, I’ve never seen an elderly gerudo, so there’s reason to think that they tend to die at an earlier age.
a gossip stone in hyrule says that gerudo women go to the hylian market to shop for boyfriends.
but that got me thinking.
If they really did sleep with hylian men to reproduce, their children would be mixed, and not truly Gerudo in ethnicity. I feel like that would mess with the whole man every century thing, because he couldn’t be born to someone not completely Gerudo.
how. the. fuck. do. they. reproduce.

Maybe they use hylian to reproduce but the genes fn the gerudo are dominant over the genes that would express a hylian fenotype. Sex must work same way where probably a combination of XY in chromossomes would be lethal most of the times.
